Meet the Judges

Head Judge:
Sir Shay Raven
Sir Shay Raven (she/her) is the 2025 Midwest Person of Leather and has been an active member of the leather community for more than a decade, bringing with her nearly 40 years of lived kink experience. She lives a 24/7 power exchange dynamic with her boy, Cade, and is a proud co-founder of the House of Raven.
A sadist at heart with a mischievous streak, Shay believes the best scenes should challenge your mind and your body, but never your no. She values honest negotiation, enthusiastic consent, and the courage to keep learning. She flags black, red, and several other colors… all on the left. If you’re curious about the rest, she’d be happy to discuss them in the dungeon.
Shay is honored to serve as Head Judge for the OKC Eagle Contest and looks forward to celebrating contestants who bring authenticity, passion, integrity, and heart to both the title and the community.

He works to bring visibility to what is a handler and show that they are out there. Daddy Brian enjoys teaching about cigars, temperature, bootblacking, bondage, biting, primal play, impact. You can find him in his free time cuddling up with a nice boy, curled up in a pet pile, or watching cartoons with a little patch.
Jefferson
People often say that where you come from shapes who you become. Jefferson comes from a tiny town in Southeast Texas, where life was simple, neighbors looked after one another, and hard work wasn’t just expected - it was a way of life. Those small-town values became the foundation of his journey.
His path has never been easy, but it has always been guided by a heart for service. Jefferson proudly served in the United States Army, and although that chapter left him a disabled veteran, it never took away his purpose. If anything, it strengthened his belief that our greatest scars often become our greatest testimony.
After his military service, Jefferson continued answering the call to serve as a sheriff’s deputy, dedicating his life to protecting others during some of their most difficult moments. Through every challenge, he learned that true strength isn’t measured by what we carry on our shoulders, but by how we lift others when they need us most.
Today, Jefferson has the incredible privilege of serving as the Lifestyle Director for a senior living community. Every day, he witnesses lives filled with wisdom, resilience, and stories that deserve to be celebrated. It reminds him that purpose doesn’t have an expiration date and that every stage of life offers an opportunity to inspire, love, and make a difference.
Being crowned Mr. GPRA 2026 is more than wearing a title, it’s carrying a responsibility. It represents every obstacle Jefferson has overcome, every setback that became a comeback, and every person who believed in him when he struggled to believe in himself. Jefferson’s platform is rooted in resilience, service, and the belief that no matter where you start or what challenges you face, your story is still being written.
He is proof that a small-town boy can dream beyond the horizon. That a disabled veteran can continue leading with strength. That a former law enforcement officer can find new purpose by bringing joy to others. And that the measure of a life isn’t found in titles or accomplishments, but in the lives we touch along the way.
Jefferson’s journey has taught him that we don’t choose every chapter of our story, but we do choose how we live it. Choose hope. choose service. Choose to be a light for others, because if his journey can encourage just one person to keep going, then every challenge has been worth it.
